Terms and Conditions – bajj999 Online Gaming Platform

By registering an account on bajj999, by depositing funds, or by placing any bet — regardless of whether you have physically signed anything — you are entering into a legally binding agreement with bajj999 and agreeing to be bound by these Terms. This agreement is entered into at the moment of account creation.

• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a bajj999 employee.
• You must not be self-excluded from bajj999 or from gaming generally under any active self-exclusion agreement.

bajj999 may request documentation to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension until the matter is resolved.

Each individual player is permitted to hold one bajj999 account only. Multiple accounts per person are strictly prohibited. If bajj999 identifies that a player holds more than one account, all accounts may be suspended, balances reviewed, and winnings from duplicate accounts forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your account details — including your password — confidential and secure. bajj999 is not responsible for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account that resulted from your failure to protect your login credentials.

• Do not share your bajj999 login details with anyone — including family members.
• If you suspect unauthorised access, contact bajj999 support immediately at support@bajj999.im.
• bajj999 support staff will never ask for your password. Any communication requesting your password is fraudulent — report it immediately.

bajj999 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or if suspicious activity is detected. Accepted documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued photo ID.

bajj999 accepts deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) only via the following payment methods: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT (interbank funds transfer), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards. No other payment methods are accepted at this time.

Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. bajj999 does not accept deposits from third parties. If a deposit is received from a payment source not registered in your name, bajj999 may hold the deposit pending investigation and request proof of ownership of the payment method.

• Minimum deposit: Rs 100.
• Deposits reflect in your bajj999 balance in real time for Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay.
• IBFT bank transfers may take between a few minutes and two hours depending on your bank.
• bajj999 does not charge deposit fees. Your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider.

bajj999 reserves the right to refuse any deposit, reverse any transaction, or hold funds for investigation if fraudulent activity is suspected in connection with a deposit.

bajj999 is committed to processing withdrawals as quickly as possible. Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals are typically processed within 15–30 minutes of the request being submitted. IBFT bank transfers are typically completed within one working day.

All withdrawals must be sent to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit wherever possible. bajj999 may request identity verification before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or where the withdrawal amount is significant.

• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 200.
• bajj999 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions.
• Withdrawals may only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered player.
• bajj999 reserves the right to impose additional verification checks on any withdrawal at its discretion.

bajj999 may delay or withhold any withdrawal pending investigation if there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified if their withdrawal is being reviewed.

bajj999 offers bonuses, free bets, cashback, and other promotional offers to players from time to time. These are subject to specific terms that are displayed alongside each offer at the time it is made available. By claiming any bonus or promotional offer at bajj999, you agree to the specific terms of that offer in addition to these general Terms.

General bonus rules that apply to all bajj999 promotions unless stated otherwise:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement before withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is displayed clearly on each offer.
• Bonuses may only be claimed once per player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

All bets and game participation at bajj999 are subject to the specific game rules displayed within each game or betting market. These general rules apply across all bajj999 products:

• Bets are final once confirmed. A bet cannot be cancelled or amended after you click confirm, except where explicitly permitted by the platform for specific markets.
• Minimum and maximum stakes apply to each market and game, and are displayed within the relevant section of the platform.
• Palpable errors: bajj999 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets where there was an obvious pricing error — for example, a team offered at clearly incorrect odds due to a technical fault. Players will be notified and stakes returned in such cases.
• Sports betting settlements are based on the official result of the relevant governing body for the sport. In cases of dispute, bajj999's decision is final after reviewing all available evidence.

The following activities are strictly prohibited at bajj999 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets, interact with games, or exploit the platform.
• Colluding with other players at poker, card games, or any other multiplayer format to gain an unfair advantage over other players.
• Chip dumping — deliberately losing chips or funds to another player account you control or with which you are colluding.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes for personal gain. Errors must be reported to bajj999 support immediately upon discovery.
• Using bajj999 for money laundering or any other illegal financial activity. All transactions are subject to monitoring and reporting obligations under applicable law.
• Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses, exploit promotions, or circumvent any account restriction or suspension.
• Attempting to access another player's account without their consent.
• Any conduct that is abusive, threatening, or harassing toward bajj999 staff or other players.

bajj999 cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will provide information about player activity when legally required to do so.

bajj999 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any part of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity suspected or confirmed.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within a reasonable period.
• Chargebacks or payment disputes filed against bajj999 by the player or their payment provider.
• Player request — bajj999 will close any account on written request, subject to standard verification and withdrawal processing.

Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, bajj999 may forfeit any remaining balance in the account. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, bajj999 will process any eligible withdrawal of verified funds.
